The peach salsa that accompanies the tuna is SO good and SO unusual folks! And the corn-and-green bean salad is inspired by a Paula Deen recipe that calls for asparagus, (which is certainly wonderful, but asparagus is out of season here, and green beans are “in” and my variation is just as good!)
