Here’s how I made the unofficial “last” day of the summer season a bit different than just the typical Labor Day cookout! Gremolata is a mixture of herbs, lemon, and garlic which was then blended into the butter and melted over the swordfish. I hope the  “succotash” dish is self-explanatory.  As for the dessert, butterscotch swirl ice cream was one of my favorites from childhood, so I had to try to make this from scratch, and it worked out wonderfully!  And, the pecan lace cookies go so well alongside!
