I am certainly not a strict vegetarian, but I do adhere to creating vegetarian meals at least three or four times each week in case you hadn’t noticed.

I originally created a recipe for a veggie burger many years ago, but was never completely satisfied with the outcome. Then I tried some of the commercially available brands…UGH!,,,those were even worse! Recently, I decided to try this again…another variation of my own recipe, and am now much happier with my own attempt.
