Tonight’s menu features a vegetable chili including fresh tomatoes, chilies ,onions, peppers, beans, and hominy, which is a topping for a baked potato. The whole is then “dressed” with sour cream and chives and sprinkled with cheddar cheese. With a side of cornbread, this is something to embrace and enjoy!
