This menu may sound strange to some folks, but it’s often what I pull together on a chilly fall evening when all I really want is a plate of vegetables with a little bread. In this case, the “bread” consists of squares of cornbread dressing including lots of vegetables, served with a special “gravy” sauce, and accompanied by even more vegetables.
