This is one of those menus that seems “predictable” on the outside, but has some added special touches on the inside: note the unusual potato gnocchi enriched with coarse mustard, and the braised celery, a vegetable that is often neglected as a side dish on its own, yet it’s a great compliment to the pork chop!
