One of my favorite dishes, this is inspired by a recipe presented in Molly Katzen’s cookbook Still Life With Menu. As I have mentioned before, I almost always adapt recipes so that they are “more my own” and in this case I have made a lot of changes. The basic “gist” of the recipe is still there, but the final outcome is really more of a “Chez Edouard” rendition than the original recipe.
