With the Thanksgiving holiday just around the corner, I like to prepare light meals during the days leading up to the feast. Tonight’s menu of fish, boiled potatoes, and slaw is in my mind “just right.” Nothing else is really needed, but if you desire a sweet component, I would suggest a piece of fruit. Today I chose a cluster of grapes.

Atlantic plaice fish dredged in breadcrumbs and sauteed until crisp
