When I say “something different” what I mean is something I am experimenting with and I haven’t done before in quite this way. Such is the case tonight. Bulk Italian sausage is sauteed with onions, garlic, bacon, and peppers along with canned organic tomatoes, and served over pasta. I guess this is somewhat “predictable” yet not the traditional Bolognese sauce.
