What to have on New Year’s Eve? You want it to be special, but in my case, it also had to be simple and easy, without a lot of fuss. No, there are none of the “chi-chi” components usually found in the Eve menus at restaurants, (such as wild truffles, caviar, and shellfish). Rather, this is a meal suited to what I think is special when I am cooking only for me!
