This one is quick and easy! Inspired by two different Marion Burros recipes, and revised and adapted by me (as I almost always do), it’s a perfect meal to pull together when you have very little time to “pull dinner together.” Ground beef isn’t often used in authentic Asian cuisines, but this recipe really works.
