This is one of my favorite vegetarian meals—dumplings of cornmeal and cheeses, topped with a vegetable ragout. All you really need to accompany the menu is a salad with vinaigrette, and a simple dessert. There is a bit of chopping of vegetables involved, but the overall meal comes together fairly quickly.
