I decided to experiment a bit yesterday. One of my favorite dishes is pasta with sausages and greens. Another one of my favorites is lasagna with traditional Bolognese sauce and layers of ricotta and greens. So, I twisted some things around a bit and came up with the main course of this menu which is a more complex version of the former and a more simplified version than the latter!
