This menu is inspired by one that I ate at Paula Deen’s restaurant in Savannah several years ago. There, the dish on the menu included grilled fish with a peach BBQ sauce. Tonight’s menu here at home features grilled grouper with a light basting of house-made barbeque sauce featuring smoked paprika. The grits were prepared ahead, then cut into small rounds and deep-fried until crispy on the outside and still creamy on the inside. And the vegetable ragout and biscuits added a wonderful completion to the meal.
