It has been many, many months since I succumbed to having a hamburger. But tonight, it was one of those quick and easy meals to pull together after a long day at the office. Yet, this wasn’t without a bit of “creativity.” The grass-fed ground beef was seasoned with minced garlic, salt, and pepper before grilling, and the pepperjack cheese was melted overtop. And the onion rings are a great way to break from the traditional fried potatoes as an accompaniment.
