Several years ago, I started puttering around in the kitchen with the idea of a fish cake. (Think salmon patty or crab cakes.) OK, so why not use tuna (which is what I had on hand)? Then how about sandwiching the ‘burger’ in a fresh baked roll with complimentary toppings? Deep-fried potatoes on the side, and a simple dessert round out the meal.
