Remember back in May when I related a menu for “Tuna Noodle Toss?” Tonight’s variation brings us into the summer months including grilled components, fresh tomatoes, and a different vinaigrette in which everything is tossed. And there’s no need to fire up the outdoor grill if you have a stovetop grill pan handy. From start to finish, this shouldn’t take more than 20-30 minutes to prepare, which makes it convenient for a weeknight.
