Tonight’s menu features grilled chicken breasts basted with a spicy barbeque sauce as the entrée. As an accompaniment I recently ran across a recipe for a crunchy cabbage salad which includes sliced almonds, and toasted sesame seeds. There are many variations of this recipe out there and I was inspired to combine the best of each variation to suit my own taste. The green beans and potatoes round out the meal nicely.
