Tonight’s menu features smoked turkey sausages which are heated in the stove-top grill pan while a plethora of winter root vegetables roast in the oven. The greens add a wonderful, slightly bitter note, which is a nice foil for the other components. And the dessert suggestion is really easy: melt the milk chocolate, mix with dried blueberries, drop by teaspoons onto a wax paper lined tray, chill until firm and enjoy.
