It has been many years ince I made a dish like this. The nice part about making Asian-inspired meals t home is that you get to choose what goes into the dish and what is left out such as MSG, which I would never use). The chopping of the veggies takes a bitof advance prep work, but can easily be accomplished within a few minutes. The imetable here is to start steaming the rice as you prep the vegetables, mix up our sauce and set aside, then quickly stir-fry the beef and vegetables
together until everything is cooked to your liking. Stir in the sauce, serve
over the cooked rice…sit down and watch a miove!
